ARLINGTON, Virginia - Govolution is pleased to announce the successful completion of recertification efforts with First Data Merchant Services.  Govolution recertified to the most current version of FDMS's authorization and settlement specifications.  As a result of this recertification, the Velocity Payment System is able to continue processing Retail, Mail Order/Telephone Order and E-Commerce transactions through FDMS's Nashville platform.  The Velocity Payment System is also certified to process transactions through all major credit card processors, including  TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Elavon, Fifth Third, Paymentech and Pay.gov.
